easy access friendly staff
the location provided easy access to the central railway station. the staff were very friendly, always ready to help with any request..
The room temperature was difficult to adjust. I couldn't raise it higher using the ac.

convenient location decent selection broken treadmill old rooms
I found the location quite convenient, close to the railway station. The breakfast had a decent selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. I certainly appreciated that.
The gym was not fully functional. A treadmill remained broken for over a week, and no one seemed to fix or replace it. It was annoying. I also thought the rooms looked a bit old. The showerhead was loose.

great location plentiful breakfast stale smell faulty air conditioning
the location was excellent , only a short walk to the subway station. i also found the breakfast to be plentiful , with many asian options to choose from.
the air conditioning in my room was not functioning very well , it was quite stuffy. i also noticed a stale smell in the room , which was not very pleasant.

clean room comfortable bed friendly staff
My room was very nice and neat. i requested extra towels, and they sent them promptly. housekeeping was well-trained and friendly. breakfast was good. It had plentiful choices.
The air conditioning was a bit too warm. I couldn't get it any colder.

The room had a large comfy bed. I also liked the nice, clean room. Staff helped me a lot with my luggages and were responsive. I found the front desk manager reliable.
I noticed that the AC didn't work. It was not AC season so it was off.

The hotel is close to the subway. It is also near the railway station. This made it convenient to access various parts of the city. A Starbucks across the road provided easy access to coffee.
